Literature review

The literature review should be written in a standard essay style (i.e., literature review section in journal articles such as Park et al. 2019-Does Collaboration Improve Organizational Efficiency-1.pdf Download Park et al. 2019-Does Collaboration Improve Organizational Efficiency-1.pdf), including at least 10 references (a minimum of 5 must come from academic literature). The length should be around 6-8 pages in total excluding references (APA style, Times New Roman 12 pt. font; 1-inch margins; double spaced). You MUST do a literature review of one of the three questions below:

Is there a relationship between the use of body-worn cameras and officers’ use of force?
Is there a relationship between the use of body-worn cameras and citizens’ compliance with police?
Is there a relationship between the use of body-worn cameras and citizen satisfaction with specific officer encounters?

The literature review should include the following components (but not limited to):

Introduction/Statement of the Research Question

Literature Review

What does the literature say about the dependent variable (DV)?

What does the literature say about the independent variable (IDV)?

What does the literature say about the relationship between the IDV and DV?

Gaps (one of the following)

A contradiction in the findings of the literature OR

An omission of key variables, measures, methods within the existing paradigm OR

A new theory that will imply new or contradictory hypotheses to existing literature
