Application Paper: Ebusiness Broadway Cafe
Broadway Cafe needs to take advantage of e-business strategies if it wants to remain competitive. Create a document (write a paper) that discusses the many e-business strategies that Broadway Cafe should use to increase revenue. Be sure to focus on the different areas of business such as marketing, finance, accounting, sales, customer service, and human resources. Explain how understanding e-business can help you achieve success in each of these areas.
Some questions you want to address within your paper include:
What type of e-business would you deploy at The Broadway Cafe?
How can an e-business strategy help The Broadway Cafe attract customers and increase sales?
What types of metrics would you want to track on your e-business Web site?
How could you use an e-business strategy to partner with suppliers?
How could a portal help your employees?
Would you use Kiosks in the cafe? Why or why not?
Remember to explain and support your answers within the paper. Hint, some of the information needed to complete this paper may be found in chapter three of the textbook. Also, it might be helpful to review your Application Paper: Competitive Advantage.
Given the above information, write a paper with the body of the paper (not counting the title page, the table of contents, the abstract, the reference page, or the exhibits) at least three full pages in length addressing the items shown above. The paper must follow APA formatting guidelines, including page layout, font, references and citations, tables and figures, etc. University has chosen APA as the formatting guide for written submissions, and they require me to include it in the grading of papers. Please see the grading rubrics contained in the Start Here and Syllabus section of the course shell. Remember that proper recognition of sources (including the textbook) is required.
This paper needs to have a title page abstract page and at least 3 pages that cover the information on focus on the different areas of business such as marketing, finance, accounting, sales, customer service, and human resources. Of course, it needs the references page.
The book used is Business driven information systems seventh edition only by Paige Baltzan chapter 3 EBusiness starts on page 107
in the area on the paper instructions that say some questions to be answered in the paper the writer can choose maybe two questions and answer them. not all of them.
