In the medium term ( 6-36 months), we need to make changes to our customer service and support to make it more engaging.
This could include changing the way we communicate with our customers, providing more customer support options and improving the quality of our customer service.
In the long term ( 3-6 years) we need to make changes to our customer service and support to make it the best it can be.
This could include working with Metro to develop new customer service technologies, hiring more knowledgeable customer service staff, developing customer satisfaction training for our employees, and developing leadership for managers.
As we look to the future, I am sure we can look forward to significant changes.
First, we can expect to see production that was slowing down resume a pace of growth in the first few months thanks to increased employee traffic.
Second, we will see a better customer experience and fewer complaints.
Finally, thanks to our effective and efficient management, we will have a better ROI (return on investment) which will allow us to further develop Adonis and increase our market share.
